Benefits of Husky's Systems
All key ingredients in producing wall forms are second to none within the industry. Husky Concrete Forms & Supply’s expert craftsmen work with only the highest grade aluminum (6061 T6) raw material to produce structurally sound wall panel's and filler’s designed to take the rigors of today’s fast pace residential and commercial foundation companies. Husky forms are manufactured uses .125" thick fully hardened aluminum face sheets with heavy duty extruded aluminum inset side rails for added protection from separation along weld lines. This provides maximum penetration of the weld and also reduces damage to the face sheet. Husky forms bracing come with several different designs depending on the hole patterns. The 8/16-8-24 comes standard with a fully enclosed serrated tube measuring 1’ x 2” and welded completely to the side rails to prevent concrete seepage. The 6-12 bracing come in two different styles; either double 1’ x 2” serrated tubes or fully enclosed rectangular tube measuring 1½’ x 3½”. Either pattern will give every panel and filler the support needed. Each side rail is fabricated to precise specifications, milled to the proper depth to support any wall tie manufactured. Husky Forms manufactures a flat busing for use on our side rails. Each bushing is heat treated, plated and attached using two solid steel rivets. Each bushing protects the form at the point of contact from damage through constant use of the pin and wedge attachments. Finally, Husky Forms attaches .125” thick corner gussets to all four corners of each panel and filler for added strength.
